The Ferrari F430 Scuderia
The company, founded in 1947 in Maranello in Italy by sports car driver Enzo Ferrari, has been able to take advantage of the advantages of operating an in-house racing team in the supreme discipline of motorsport since 1950. The Italians also remained true to the principle of transferring technical features of professional-class racing machines to street sports cars in their mid-engine model Ferrari F430, which came off the assembly line as a V8 entry-level model in the years of construction from 2004 to 2009 as the successor to the Ferrari 360. With their new product, the designers proudly pointed out that it was the world's first street sports car to be equipped with an electronically controlled differential and the steering wheel control knob, known to racing drivers as manettino. In addition to shifting speed, this also allowed electronic stability and traction control to be set to different road conditions and driving modes. Those who dared to do so could also switch the Ferrari red switch to the off position and move the Ferrari F430 without any corrective intervention by this electronics, which has been tried and tested in Formula One. The centerpiece of the two-door sports coupé from the ateliers in Maranello was the V8 mid-engine with a displacement of 4.3 liters, which was installed under a large glass hood behind the driver's seats, and was similarly used in models from the sister company Maserati. The 4.50 meter long and 1.92 meter wide Ferrari F430 had an output of 360 kW (490 hp) in this engine. The coupé thus reached the limit of one hundred kilometers per hour within four seconds; the top speed was just under 315 km / h. The standard six-speed automatic system could be manipulated using steering wheel rockers. The design of the coupé was characterized in the front view by the large air intakes in the front apron, which was pulled down close to the floor, and by the longitudinally installed slot headlights. The rear was dominated by four small round headlights, four large exhaust outlets and the diffuser raised in the area of the bumpers, which should ensure optimum traction at high speeds. In 2007, the range of the V8 mid-engine series was supplemented by the reduced-weight Ferrari 430 Scuderia, which brought even better performance with shorter switching times and with an increase in engine power to 375 kW (510 hp). The top speed increased to 320 km / h, and the 430 Scuderia covered the path from zero to one hundred in just 3.6 seconds. In the last year of construction 2009, there was also a Spider version of the lightweight, which was sold as a limited special series as the Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M, before a successor was available with the Ferrari 458 Italia.
The vehicle offered here was registered on November 17, 2008 for the first and only time to its first owner, a passionate Ferrari collector. This used the F430 Scuderia only very rarely over the years and so the mileage of the car when purchased by our company showed only 6,400 kilometers. We hand over this Ferrari F430 Scuderia including a new service and TÜV to its future owner. For detailed questions, please contact our sales staff at any time.
