The next generation of company founder Frank Rickert officially takes the stage at the turn of the year 2023/2024. Daughter Jule Rickert takes over the management of FRG Holding, which includes Mechatronik GmbH, with immediate effect.

The young entrepreneur has been working in various areas of the group of companies for several years. She gained valuable experience in human resources, marketing and operations. In addition, Jule Rickert will also take over the management of M Motion GmbH. This subsidiary of the FRG Group is responsible for planning and implementing internal and external events in the automotive sector.

With the entry of the next generation into the management, the FRG Group is taking an important step into the future. Jule Rickert stands for new ideas and fresh impulses that are intended to further develop the company and make it ready for the challenges of the future.

Frank Rickert will continue to be actively involved in the company as Managing Director of the FRG Group and as sole owner and Managing Director of Mechatronik GmbH. He will support his daughter with advice and action and help her to further develop the company with the same passion with which he has guided the company's fortunes for over 27 years.
